Building permits
A building permit is required both for erecting a new building and for extensions, reinforcements and repairs to structures (small-scale works permit).

What the permit requires
The prerequisites for a building permit, always for building within the town plan, are:
- Topographic survey
- Architectural study
- Structural study of the load-bearing frame
- Mechanical and electrical study (electrical, heating, air conditioning, water supply, drainage)
- Building energy performance study (KENAK)
- Lifting systems study
- Fuel gas study
- Passive fire protection study
